IBPS conducts Common Written Exam (CWE) once in a year for the recruitment of Scale – I, II & III and Office Assistants in various Regional Rural Banks. Based on the performance in the written test and interview, the participating banks recruit candidates in their banks.

Candidates, intending to apply for CWE Scale -I, II & III and Office Assistants should ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria specified by IBPS.
