State Bank of India conducts Common Written Exam (CWE) for the recruitment of CLERK.

SBI CLERICAL Recruitment 2016 Notification: The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the notification for the recruitment of Clerks.


SBI Clerk Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must have completed Graduation Degree or equivalent in any discipline from a state or Central recognized University.
  • Age of the Candidate must be between 20 to 28 years as on the date specified.
  • Upper age limit is granted to candidates belonging to some reserved categories.

SBI Clerk Exam Pattern:

The Selection Process for the Recruitment of clerks in State Bank of India (SBI), comprises of Written test only. Following the Government Decision to scrap the Interviews for Group B,D and C posts, and as such there will be No Interview for SBI Clerk 2016. But the Bank may or may not include the Psychometric or any other test to check the candidates aptitude.
The Written test will be online, and comprises of 200 Questions from the following 5 sections, with 40 questions in each section. The weight-age of Written test is 200 marks, and each question carry 1 mark.

  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • General Awareness
  • English
  • Computers
